Habits

Confirm calls

In one line: When someone proposes a plan, answer: "ok", or "no, because...".

Why

A plan nobody confirms is a plan nobody may have heard. A one-word confirmation tells the caller the team is following, and encourages them to keep calling.

How to train it

For one game, answer every team call with one word. Others often start doing it too.
